The hot dog was good. The crab cakes a bit dry. The omelette was ok. We enjoyed our visit though and you should visit for historic sake.
We just got take out tonight. Anytime I go to the Hamilton it is Hotchee Dogs with everything for me. The dogs are always great, and the service is great too! The staff at the Hamilton is always super friendly. The Hamilton has amazing breakfast as well. It’s always nice and warm in there when the weather is cold, and the always comes out hot. It’s my favorite breakfast spot in town.
I've been here many times over the years. They are mostly known for their their Hachi dogs and burgers. The turkey club is also good.
Very enjoyable meal. Mostly breakfast, but was able to add onion rings. Very good and friendly service. Some of the best creamed chipped beef I've had. We both had it on a waffle, but next time would gave on toast (preference). Asked for home fries crispy, and they were great. Sorry. No photo of them
I cannot say enough good things about this place. It was really crowded due to the ice fest of all, but we still got waited on really quickly. Our food was out in less than 10 minutes. The hot dogs were literally the best. I have tasted in my life. Everyone was friendly. It was clean. There was such a great atmosphere. I just loved it definite value for the money
This old school family-run restaurant vibe here is magical. I feel like my Dad is taking me out to breakfast as a 10 year old in 1980. The breakfast food is good, the prices are great, the atmosphere is perfect.
Probably the cheapest breakfast sandwich in Carlisle. And it’s a bargain for how big the sandwich is. The eggs and sausage are good quality. Love it. 6.75 for the Sausage&Egg w/ Cheese.
Excellent service with excellent historic Hot-Chee Dogs - hot dog, cheese, onions, and chili. The fries were delicious, hot and fresh while the Cole slaw was tasty and cool. Highly recommend this Carlisle classic.
